For modern association leaders, there is a reality that was not a challenge for leaders in the past: Enterprise Architecture (EA). Associations increasingly operate in a framework of software and data bolted together into digital plumbing called the enterprise architecture. This becomes the ultimate tool in the drive toward greater service and leaner operations.
However, EA development can be challenging, especially when implementing large and complex software projects. It can take a team of people with various skills and experience. Coordination is critical for the software to be developed on time and budget while also being of the highest possible quality.
