Sabeena Hickman is leaving as CEO of the $8.3M-revenue National Association of Landscape Professionals, although she will work as a consultant to the group for the next six months to ensure a smooth transition. Her resignation follows nine years in the post, and 2 1/2 years before that as COO.

Hickman said in a statement that she wants “to explore new opportunities and take on different challenges.” Under her leadership, the group said, “NALP has increased revenue by 38 percent over the past three years to $7.2 million, and grew membership by 12 percent in the last year alone.”
