What jumps out at you when you see headlines like the one posted April 9 on Harvard Business Review: “Could machine learning help companies select better board directors?”
How about when you see media reports breathlessly chronicling exploits of cyber criminals holding the city of Atlanta hostage with ransomware? What do you think when you hear that 92 percent of HR leaders believe a chatbot will soon be important in directing employees to critical information?

High-beam leaders look three to five years into the future to harness looming trends that will keep their associations ahead of transformation. Because of the dramatic velocity of change, this has become an imperative.
