Last year was one where association leaders’ best-laid plans went awry.
But search committees won’t judge jobseekers on prior goals they weren’t able to achieve. They will judge candidates on how they reacted to 2020, executive search consultants told CEO Update. And the hiring market is expected to be strong, the recruiters said, as successful executives get recruited away and others lose their jobs.
