Isaacson, Miller taps new CEO to succeed Vivian Brocard

Ericka Miller, current education practice leader, will be among the first women of color to lead a national executive search firm

Executive search firm Isaacson, Miller has promoted Ericka Miller to succeed Vivian Brocard as CEO upon Brocard’s retirement July 1, the firm announced.

Miller is currently a partner and practice leader at Isaacson, Miller, focusing on recruiting in the education sector.

Miller “has served the firm with a clear mind, a constant emphasis on fairness and accuracy, and with excellent strategic sense. She distinguished herself with her colleagues on the board and was their unanimous choice,” John Isaacson, founder and chairman said in a statement.

“As one of the first women of color to lead a major national executive search firm, Ericka brings a deep and lifelong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, consistent with Isaacson, Miller’s core values,” Isaacson said.
