Question: How can I get on a recruiter’s radar when there are no networking events or other opportunities to connect in person?
The McCormick Group
Whether in-person or virtually, networking is all about building and strengthening mutually beneficial relationships you can use now and in the future.
In this unprecedented time, staying active in your professional association, publishing white papers, writing articles, participating in virtual events and updating your LinkedIn profile are essential when trying to get on the radar of an executive recruiter. It’s a great time to reach out to your peers and ask for referrals and introductions to recruiters they have worked with in the past. A recruiter is much more likely to respond to a referral from a known source.
