Collaborations with technology vendors are mission critical for your association. Technology platform investments are expensive and can lock you into a marriage with a vendor for many years. If these relationships deteriorate, ugly consequences unfold, which can harm the overall health of your association. As a leader it is your job to ensure that technology vendor relationships are healthy, and this cannot be delegated just because you don’t want to get involved in this level of detail.
