Two associations that recently switched learning management systems kept focus on convenience and keeping access barriers low

“Out with the old, in with the new” is easier said than done when it comes to switching learning management systems, but having a good idea of what your audience wants—and keeping an eye on what learners see on the user end—can provide much-needed focus during the process, according to two associations that recently swapped systems.
The Emergency Nurses Association launched ENA University in August, which gives learners a guided path to getting the career training they want. Around the same time, the Endocrine Society launched a new online education hub, the Center for Learning, that provides an easy-to-navigate menu for the association’s many offerings.
