Association Intelligence (AI) grants a nonexclusive and revocable license to access and use portions of the website solely for your personal use, not in connection with any commercial enterprise, service bureau or business, and conditioned on your continued compliance with these terms. If you are accessing AssociationIntelligence on behalf of an employer or other organization, this license is personal to you for internal business use only. Information derived from AI is not for redistribution, creation of derivative works, operating a service bureau or providing services to others.
AI respects others’ intellectual property rights, however AI does contain information from third-party sources. If you believe your copyright interests are being infringed, you must notify us of your claim by filing a notice with the director of AI, Mark Graham, (email@example.com). The notice must be in writing (either via email or by certified or registered mail to Association Intelligence, Attn: Mark Graham, CEO Update, 1725 I Street NW, Suite 200 Washington, D.C., 20006) and must include:
- Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that allegedly has been infringed
- Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- Description or location of that material on Association Intelligence
- Statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is without the authorization of the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
